It’s okay to recognize that this is difficult
It’s understandable that I’m feel upset
I am listening to what my body needs
I’m taking things one step at that’s okay
My pain is real it’s okay to say “no”
Resting is productive
My well-being is important
I deserve appropriate my health
All my feelings are valid
It’s okay to cancel plans if I need to
I need to leave this event now and that okay
